The Pastimes Cafe is a mobile bagel sammie trailer where we use bagels from Cleveland Bagel Co. and coffee from Rising Star Coffee Roasters. We buy our bagels fresh each morning and prep all ingredients day of. In addition to sandwiches we offer a full coffee bar where we do iced & hot espresso drinks. My goal for the trailer is to one day combine the apparel studio (thepastimes.com) and the food trailer into a split brick & mortar location where I can make and sell my artwork in a chill bistro style setting.
